Returns & Refunds

I built Flight n' Bite in my basement because I wanted a short-game game I'd actually play. If it's not that for you, I don't want your money. Here's how returns work.

The 30-Day Play It Guarantee

Play Flight n' Bite for up to 30 days after it's delivered. Cut the spin pad, roll out the mat, play as many rounds as you want. If you're not hooked, email me and I'll refund the price of the game — used or not.

• One Play It return per household.
• Send back all the main pieces: landing mat, turf tee box, cup and flag, and the balls you still have. Missing a ball or two is fine.
• Return shipping is on us.
• If shipping a used game back costs more than it's worth, I may refund you and let you keep it or pass it on to a friend. That's my call, case by case.

How to start a return

1. Email Flightnbitegolf@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence on what's going on.

2. I'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return address.

3. Please don't mail anything back before you hear from me — packages without a return approval can get lost in the shuffle.

Refunds

Once your return arrives (or once I approve a keep-it refund), I'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
