We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. The item should be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. You will also need the receipt email or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.flightnbite@gmail.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may be subject to a restocking fee or might not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
